We at Idealized Fragrances aim to ensure that every customer enjoys our products with utmost satisfaction. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please review our return policy below:
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original packaging.

Damaged Bottles: We will not accept returns if:
- The bottle is broken or physically damaged.
- The perfume quantity in the bottle is less than 30ML.
Return Process
- Customers must send the product to our office through a reliable courier service at their own expense.
- We will not arrange pickups or accept returns through any other means.
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, you will have the option to:
- Receive a replacement of the same product, or
- Choose a different product of equivalent value from our collection.
Order Policy
- All orders are considered confirmed once placed.
- Any changes or cancellations must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to ensure timely delivery.
- Please note that all sales are non-refundable. Replacements will only be provided as per the return conditions mentioned above.
